Product Introduction
There are two main types: direct thermal and thermal transfer. Direct thermal printers do not require ribbons and print quickly, making them suitable for short-term use such as restaurant order tickets, customer receipts, and POS transaction details. Thermal transfer printers use ribbons and are suitable for warehousing, manufacturing, and labels that require long-term preservation. They can be used with various roll labels and ribbons to meet labeling needs across different industries.

▲ This is a personal hygiene product. Once opened, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
▲ In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, online shoppers are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period after delivery. Returned products must be unused and in their complete original packaging (including the product, accessories, packaging, supplier carton, and all accompanying documents or materials); otherwise, cancellation will not be accepted.
▲ Products specifically identified on the product sales webpage are not eligible for cancellation.
▲ Return procedure: Keep the product undamaged and fully packaged, including all accessories and gifts, with no missing items or damage to the outer box. Repack it in the packaging used by the supplier for delivery. If the shipping carton has been lost, add another layer of packaging around the product box. Do not attach a delivery label or write directly on the original product box. If the original box is damaged or parts are missing, the return cannot be accepted, or the refund may be reduced according to the extent of the damage. (Apply within seven days after delivery; returns cannot be processed after the deadline.)
