Blown film extrusion, printing and bag making run as one continuous process, so resin enters at one end and finished, printed shopping bags leave at the other; there are no intermediate film rolls to store, transport or re-load. This listing covers the series as a whole, which is offered in mono-layer semi-automatic and full-automatic types, an ABA full-automatic type and a two-colour full-automatic type.Because the steps are linked, JANDI'S describes the line by what it removes from a conventional three-machine set-up: separate handling between extrusion, printing and bag making, the floor space and storage for film rolls, and the die-cut scrap, which is recovered on-line and fed back.
