The KML-45/55 is an LDPE/LLDPE blown film extrusion line offered in two model variants for plastic shopping bag production. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, LDPE/LLDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film before take-up and winding. The KML-45 produces film up to 650 mm width and the KML-55 between 400-1000 mm width, both in 0.02-0.15 mm thickness. The KML-45 runs a Ø 45mm screw and the KML-55 a Ø 55mm screw, both at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. Driving motors are AC 20 HP for the KML-45 and AC 30 HP for the KML-55, both with inverter, and each die unit pairs with its own air ring for bubble cooling. The KMH-MINI produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 550 mm width, with output between 15-32 kgs/hr.The extruder uses a Ø 40mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio, driven by an AC 15 HP motor with inverter and backed by 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. The MGB-CPP-1800-2LF is a triple manifold CPP film co-extrusion line built on a two-layer-stand design that saves space and cost, with a twin-screw configuration enabling dual production. The control system uses a movable human touch interface with digital communication monitoring of screw rotational speed, die head temperature, pressure, thermo air knife, and vacuum box, plus remote monitoring and recipe management. Temperature control uses an SCR system holding a tolerance of ±1°C to precisely control plasticizing, sheet thickness, flatness, and foaming proportion. The screw incorporates a static mixer and gear pump to accurately control extruding output, pressure, and time for homogeneous color, while a non-stop screen changer unit keeps production running during screen changes. A BAB three-layer auto die head with thickness measurement auto-adjusts film thickness for different materials, and in-line trimming, slitting, and crushing units recycle waste immediately.
