The GF-H45 is a high-speed blown film line for HDPE (high density polyethylene), the material used for thin, crisp bags such as grocery and produce bags. It is one of five sizes in the GF-H series, which spans the GF-H35 to the GF-H65, and is specified for a maximum film width of 600 mm. The extruder carries a 45 mm screw with a 20 HP inverter-controlled motor, and the 70 mm die is matched with a dual-lip air ring and a 3HP inverter-controlled blower.Output is rated at 40 KG/HR. The GF-L3C-MT is an A-B-C three-layer co-extrusion blown film line. Three extruders feed a co-extrusion die so that the inner, middle and outer layers of the film can be built from different resins, which is how a single film gains properties such as strength from one layer and sealability or surface finish from another. Tiny Inflation Machine (TINY-28)

The TINY-28 is a laboratory-scale blown film machine for HD, LD and LLDPE resin, intended for lab use and color testing and for producing small, thin film samples. It is the middle size of three, between the TINY-25 and the GF-HMM28. The extruder uses a 28 mm screw feeding a 40 mm blown film die, and temperature is controlled in 3 ZONES.Maximum film width is 200 mm at a maximum extrusion output of 8 KG/HR. The take-up unit has a 300 mm roller width and the single-station surface friction winder has an effective width of 200 mm.
