The MGA-22-900 flower bag making machine produces the tapered, asymmetric bags used to wrap bouquets and single-stem flowers for retail display, as well as grape bags on the same platform. The machine runs fully automatically from raw film to finished bag, reducing labor cost and raising production output.

A synchronized punching mold and heat sealing device keep bag size uniform, produce a neat sealing line, and reduce waste. Precision, durable punching molds with a low breakdown rate work with a servo motor and digital length-control unit for precise punching position, while an automatic alarm stop protects the machine and prevents material waste if something unusual occurs during operation. The sealing equipment's design supports different data pocket specifications and types for a wide range of applications.
