The MGR-HPR-1000 is Ming Jilee's hot needle perforation machine, designed to perforate BOPP, CPP, and PE film. The hot needle pins are imported from Europe, and the perforating system runs as a closed system that keeps hot air energy within the working area, keeping heating consumption down.

A high-precision edge position controller and fully automatic tension controller keep film quality stable during operation, and pin design is customized down to a minimum pitch of 2 × 2 mm. For thin PE material, the heating system can be switched off so the needles mark small holes instead of perforating with heat. A special holding shaft lets operators remove finished rolls easily once a roll is complete.
