The MGA-06Z-800GP is a grape bag holes punching and zipper strip hot lamination side sealing machine, producing zipper bags with in-line zipper lamination as well as grape and cherry bags with punched holes and a flap bottom. Bag size is controlled by a Japan-made servo motor, and a Taiwan-made PLC controller provides stable operation.

A mark sensor tracks printed material, and the unwinding station uses auto tension control. An individually motor-controlled zipper strip unwinder maintains zipper sealing quality, while an ultrasonic welding station cracks the zipper at the bag edge for clean side-seal cutting. A V heat sealing system forms the flap bottom on grape bags, and a precision hole punching mold station punches holes for grape and cherry bags.
