The JIT-55 is the mono-layer semi-automatic type in JANDI'S JIT T-shirt bag making line. A JIT line links blown film extrusion, flexographic printing and bag making into one in-line process: resin goes in at one end and printed, heat-cut T-shirt bags come out at the other, without film rolls being stored and re-handled between steps. The line is specified for biodegradable material as well as HDPE resin with filler.The in-line flexographic printer runs water-based and solvent-based inks, a bobbin change unit allows non-stop operation, and a waste recovery unit returns the die-cut scrap to the line. The GF-E6-80 is a 6-COLOR off-line flexographic printing machine with an 800 mm printing width, the widest color count in JANDI'S GF-E series, which also includes 1, 2 and 4-color machines in widths from 600 mm to 1500 mm. Its printing possibilities cover 6+0, 5+1, 4+2 and 3+3, so a converter can print one side in six colors or split the colors across both faces of the film. Printing length is 10” – 35” on the S TYPE and 9” – 40” on the E TYPE.Printing speed depends on the inking system chosen: the stack type runs at Max. 80 M/min single face and Max. 60 M/Min double face, and the doctor blade type at Max. 120 M/Min single face and Max. 100 M/Min double face. The machine uses a standard 20” (508 mm) printing cylinder or a size specified by the buyer, a 250 PLI anilox roller in hard chrome plated or ceramic form, pneumatic cylinder up and down, push-button color registration, hot air box drying and one-station unwind and rewind.
