Product Serial: QKL-B1T.B2T/QKL-B3-1.B3-2/QKL-B3-1A This series is a complete closed loop servo system consisting of two solenoid valves, an internal pressuretransducer, and electronic controls. Based on analog signal, the pressure is controlled by two solenoidvalves to maintain precise pressure; one valve functions as inlet control, the other as exhaust. The pressureoutput is measured by an internal or an external feedback pressure transducer that provides a feedbacksignal to the electronic controls. The regulator is suitable for industries that require precise pressurechanges at any time and monitor pressure values. Available with 3 selections of input signal: 0-10VDC,4-20mA, or RS485 Modbus. Monitor signal can be chosen from 1-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA. Internal pressuretransducer comes with B1T, B3-1, and B3-1A series, whereas B2T and B3-2 uses an external pressuretransducer for feedback (ideal for when the vessel is distant away from the regulator). SCM series volumetric doser is suitable for even feeding of masterbatch, additive, and virgin material to the plastic process machine. SCM in high drying temperature application, such as PET preform production. Water cooling kit should be added to prevent masterbatch from sticking in the screw. Add "H' at the end of the model code. SCM syncronize dosing speed in extruder mode via analog 0~10V input from the extruder. Combination of Shini VL venturi loader realizes auto conveying of material to SCM at all time.
Vertical Shredder-Z Series

Z series large vertical shredders are mostly recommended for applications processing pre-shredded metal scrap from twin shaft shredding systems. These machines aggressively size reduce and densify pre-shredded material whilst liberating the various different fractions, allowing for better separations and reduced transportation costs. The breakers in the upper part of the chamber smash the material until it is small enough to enter the gap between the milling rings and chamber liners. When the material enters the second stage the milling rings impact, grind and roll the material into clean, dense nuggets. When milled in to small enough pieces, the balled-up material falls into the lower chamber and is ejected by the discharge paddles. The three above stages create a product which is both clean and of high bulk density suitable for transportation.
