The GF-E and GF-E-A series are JANDI'S flexographic printing machines for plastic film, supplied as off-line machines (GF-E) that print from roll to roll, or as in-line units (GF-E-A) mounted on a blown film line so that film is printed as it is produced. The series is built in 1-COLOR, 2-COLOR, 4-COLOR and 6-COLOR versions, with printing widths of 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm and 1500 mm, and two-sided printing possibilities such as 1+1, 2+2 and 3+3 on the multi-color models.Printing length is 10” – 35” on the S TYPE and 9” – 40” on the E TYPE, and printing speed depends on the inking system: the stack type reaches Max. 80 M/min single face and Max. 60 M/Min double face, while the doctor blade type reaches Max. 120 M/Min single face and Max. 100 M/Min double face. The standard printing cylinder is 20” (508 mm) or to the buyer's specification, the anilox roller is 250 PLI, cylinder up and down is pneumatic, color registration is by push button, and drying is by hot air box.
