Product Serial: KaoLu's QKL-B3V electronic vacuum regulator is a type of inline vacuum regulator (Operating schematic diagram below). One port is connected to a vacuum source, and the other port is connected to a chamber. The precision vacuum regulator works electronically to regulate the highest level of uniform vacuum pressure despite various input conditions. The vacuum level is directly linearly proportional to the electronic command signal to the vacuum pressure controller. When 0-10V corresponds to 0 to (–)14 psig, a 5VDc command signal to the digital vacuum regulator will create a (-)7 psig vacuum pressure. The flow rate of QKL-B3V electronic vacuum regulator valve is 640 L/min. Should a higher flow rate is required, it is possible to couple a volume booster to the negative pressure regulator. QKL-B3V digital vacuum regulator allows user to regulate vacuum level via analog or digital control signal. The regulator is not self-relief, meaning that it does not exhaust excess air to reach target vacuum level. The monitor output is available either as analog output or switch output. QKL-B3V operates in dual solenoid valve principle with a closed loop electronic control. The internal negative pressure transducer monitors the vacuum level and controls the operation of the inlet and the outlet solenoid valve of the vacuum pressure regulator valve. With this special design, QKL-B3V electronic vacuum control regulator can be installed inline in any orientation, offering high flow rate, high accuracy, and high repeatability. Our vacuum pressure controller has the advantage of digital communication, which allows users to calibrate and monitor regulator status remotely. As for ingress protection, QKL-B3V digital vacuum regulator is compliant to IP65, and the M12 cable connection allows user to easily install and dismount from inline operation. QKL-B3V electronic vacuum regulator has been used in applications such as thermoforming, leak testing, tube extrusion, and tank blanketing. In order to control the both inlet and outlet pressure that allows massive air pressure into and out of the system, the user can utilize the vacuum flow regulator. By controlling pressure to the top of the diaphragm, we control pressure out of the volume booster. • Air Pressure Ratio Regulator KaoLu’s high pressure ratio regulator is mostly used in high pressure environment, in which the users are used to using mechanical air pressure regulator. Using our high pressure ratio regulator assembly, it is now possible to electronically regulate high pressure from potentially hazardous environment using control such as RS485-modbus serial communication. Using the dome-loaded method controlled by our electronic pressure regulator, the users can achieve pressure up to 3000 psig (210 bar) with resolution up to 5 psig (0.3 bar). Moreover, our high pressure ratio regulator not only works with air, the newly developed ratio regulator is compatible with different fluids such as water and high temperature steam pressure. There is a choice of single loop feedback or external sensor feedback. With single loop feedback where we ensure the dome loaded pilot air is the same, the drawback is that the output pressure from the high pressure ratio regulator is not monitored. The accuracy is typically about 2-3% with this method. In a different scenario where an external sensor was mounted to the ratio regulator or mounted remotely downstream of the high pressure ratio regulator, we can ensure high accuracy to be achieved. The GSR Series is JANDI'S water cooling, spaghetti type recycling machine for polyethylene and polypropylene film scrap. Film is fed by a spiral feeder into the extruder, and the melt is extruded through a spaghetti type die head into strands; the strands are cooled in a stainless steel water tank, dried by a blower and cut into pellets by a pull and cutting unit with a rotary cutter and fixed blade. A screen changer driven by an AC motor with reducer filters the melt ahead of the die.The series covers a range of extruder sizes and motor ratings so that capacity can be matched to the scrap volume of a film or bag plant; the figures for each model are listed per model in JANDI'S GSR specification table. The WPC profile extrusion line is a set of machines used in the production of WPC boards. Differences between WPC profile extrusion and general profile extrusion WPC profile extrusion machine is different from general profile extrusion machine, It has to maximize mixing while minimizing damage to the biomass furnish because the WPC material involves two different types of materials: wood and plastic. The extruder has two screws that rotate in opposite directions, pushing the mixture through a barrel and melting it. The molten mixture is then pushed through a die that determines the shape and size of the extruded profile. The extruded profile is then passed through the vacuum calibration table, which cools it and sets its shape. The haul-off machine pulls the profile through the calibration table, maintaining its shape and ensuring its dimensions are correct. The cutting machine cuts the profile to the desired length, and the stacker stacks the finished product.
