The GF-L3C-MT is an A-B-C three-layer co-extrusion blown film line. Three extruders feed a co-extrusion die so that the inner, middle and outer layers of the film can be built from different resins, which is how a single film gains properties such as strength from one layer and sealability or surface finish from another. JANDI'S specifies the line for LDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE, HDPE, EVA and PP.The MT configuration is built for wide flat film and gusseted film, with the film width and gusset width stated in the specification table below. LD/LLDPE Super High Speed Inflation Machine (GF-L85ES)

The GF-L85ES is the largest of the three GF-L ES super high speed blown film lines for LD and LLDPE film. It is specified for a maximum film width of 2200 mm and a maximum capacity of 240 KG/HR, using an 85 mm screw, a 100 HP driving motor and a 500 mm blown film die, with 8 ZONES of temperature control on the panel. The GF-L55ES and GF-L65ES cover the narrower widths in the same series.The tower fixed take-up unit has a 2300 mm roller width and runs at Max. 60 M/Min, and the single-station surface friction winder changes bobbins semi-automatically by pneumatic system. Tiny Inflation Machine (TINY-28)

The TINY-28 is a laboratory-scale blown film machine for HD, LD and LLDPE resin, intended for lab use and color testing and for producing small, thin film samples. It is the middle size of three, between the TINY-25 and the GF-HMM28. The extruder uses a 28 mm screw feeding a 40 mm blown film die, and temperature is controlled in 3 ZONES.Maximum film width is 200 mm at a maximum extrusion output of 8 KG/HR. The take-up unit has a 300 mm roller width and the single-station surface friction winder has an effective width of 200 mm. The GF-L65ES-1 belongs to the GF-L ES super high speed series for LD and LLDPE film, positioned above the standard GF-L line for wider film and higher output. In the 65 mm size the line is rated for a maximum film width of 1600 mm and a maximum capacity of 180 KG/HR, with a 65 mm screw driven by a 75 HP motor and a 350 mm blown film die. The GF-L55 is a single-layer blown film line for LD and LLDPE (low density and linear low density polyethylene). It sits in the middle of the GF-L series, which runs from the GF-L35 up to the GF-L65, and is configured for producing polyethylene film for bags and packaging at a maximum film width of 1000 mm. The extruder uses a 55 mm screw driven by a 40 HP motor with inverter control, feeding a 200 mm die fitted with a dual-lip air ring.Rated output is 90 KG/HR. The line is controlled from an independent switch board, and film is taken up on a 1100 mm roller width and wound on a single-station manual surface winder.
