The GF-A812E-SV+C is a servo-driven knife-cutting bag making machine for bottom sealing bags. In the single-deck GF-A812E/SV configuration it makes 2 x 400 mm W bags or 1 x 800 mm W bags with a cutting width of 850 mm and a cutting length of 1200 mm, on film from 0.01 - 0.1 mm thick. The rear feeder is controlled by feeding sensors, sealing is a single sealing line with one sealing knife, and cutting is by a separate cutting knife. The machine is controlled through an HMI panel with a YASKAWA servo drive from Japan, and automatic stacking is standard. The same series extends to double-deck, triple-deck and 4-deck models — for example the GF-A824E/SV, GF-A836E/SV and GF-A848E/SV — for higher output from one footprint, with special designs available upon request. Options include a hole punch device, printing scanner and automatic punch unit. The GF-J/SV series is a heat-cutting bag making machine for bottom sealing bags, the type used for shopping bags and T-shirt bags where the bottom seal and the cut are made in one heated operation. The series covers the GF-J20E/SV, GF-J32E/SV and GF-JD32E/SV. The GF-J20E/SV makes a single lane up to 430 mm wide, while the GF-J32E/SV and GF-JD32E/SV run two lanes of 330 mm each; maximum cutting length is 750 mm on all three, on film from 0.008 - 0.08 mm, with length accuracy of + / - 1 mm.Production in non-stop operation is 220 CYCLES per minute on the GF-J20E/SV and 200 CYCLES on the two-lane models. Sealing uses a tensionless sealing type knife and a heat-cutting blade on a flat silicon base, with two or three temperature controllers depending on the model.
