The KMH-45/55 is an HDPE blown film extrusion line offered in two model variants for plastic shopping bag production. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film before take-up and winding. The KMH-45 produces film up to 650 mm width and the KMH-55 up to 900 mm width, both in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness.The KMH-45 runs a Ø 45mm screw and the KMH-55 a Ø 55mm screw, both at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. Within PRM-Taiwan's plastic inflation machinery category, HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KMH-MINI produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 550 mm width, with output between 15-32 kgs/hr.The extruder uses a Ø 40mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio, driven by an AC 15 HP motor with inverter and backed by 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. SGD gravimetric doser is suitable for continues precision dosing of masterbatch to the plastic process machine. The unit has a selection of four dosing screw sizes for different throughput needs. The unit can supports up to two sets of dosing screws for various material receipt. The lose-it-weight technology allows doser to measure and correct dosing to realize constant dosing precision. SGD syncronize dosing speed in extruder mode via analog 0~10V input from the extruder. Combination of Shini VL venturi loader realizes auto conveying of material to SGD at all time.
