LD/LLDPE Super High Speed Inflation Machine (GF-L85ES)

The GF-L85ES is the largest of the three GF-L ES super high speed blown film lines for LD and LLDPE film. It is specified for a maximum film width of 2200 mm and a maximum capacity of 240 KG/HR, using an 85 mm screw, a 100 HP driving motor and a 500 mm blown film die, with 8 ZONES of temperature control on the panel. The GF-L55ES and GF-L65ES cover the narrower widths in the same series. The tower fixed take-up unit has a 2300 mm roller width and runs at Max. 60 M/Min, and the single-station surface friction winder changes bobbins semi-automatically by pneumatic system. The GF-L65ES-1 belongs to the GF-L ES super high speed series for LD and LLDPE film, positioned above the standard GF-L line for wider film and higher output. In the 65 mm size the line is rated for a maximum film width of 1600 mm and a maximum capacity of 180 KG/HR, with a 65 mm screw driven by a 75 HP motor and a 350 mm blown film die.
