Corona treater is a surface modification technique for adhesion improving treatment and increase dyne level. It uses a low temperature corona discharge plasma to impart changes in the properties of a surface. Materials such as plastics, cloth, or paper may be passed through the corona plasma curtain in order to change the surface energy of the material. All materials have an inherent surface energy. Surface treatment systems are available for virtually any surface format including dimensional objects, sheets and roll goods that are handled in a web format. Product Serial: QKL-B1T.B2T/QKL-B3-1.B3-2/QKL-B3-1A This series is a complete closed loop servo system consisting of two solenoid valves, an internal pressuretransducer, and electronic controls. Based on analog signal, the pressure is controlled by two solenoidvalves to maintain precise pressure; one valve functions as inlet control, the other as exhaust. The pressureoutput is measured by an internal or an external feedback pressure transducer that provides a feedbacksignal to the electronic controls. The regulator is suitable for industries that require precise pressurechanges at any time and monitor pressure values. Available with 3 selections of input signal: 0-10VDC,4-20mA, or RS485 Modbus. Monitor signal can be chosen from 1-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA. Internal pressuretransducer comes with B1T, B3-1, and B3-1A series, whereas B2T and B3-2 uses an external pressuretransducer for feedback (ideal for when the vessel is distant away from the regulator). All our products have CE, SGS, RoHS certification with ISO13485 quality system.
Volumetric Dosers - SCM

SCM series volumetric doser is suitable for even feeding of masterbatch, additive, and virgin material to the plastic process machine. The unit has a selection of four dosing screw sizes for different throughput needs. The unit can supports up to four sets of dosing screws for various material receipt. In SCM-D with three components application, two material dosed via a screw unit and free flow of main material through neckpiece. In SCM-4 with five components application, four materials can be dosed via a screw unit and free flow of main material through neckpiece. SCM in high drying temperature application, such as PET preform production. Water cooling kit should be added to prevent masterbatch from sticking in the screw. Add "H' at the end of the model code. SCM syncronize dosing speed in extruder mode via analog 0~10V input from the extruder. Combination of Shini VL venturi loader realizes auto conveying of material to SCM at all time.
