PURIFINES - PET Fines Washer

PURIFINES washing system is developed for PET bottle recycling plant with large capacity and fines washing plant which is an advanced and environmental-friendly facility for purifying waste rPET fines. Heat Shrinkable Label Remover for PET Bottles

BoReTech supplies two types of heat-shrinkage (PVC) PET bottle label remover. One is consists of a label scrapper and a label blower and its capacity reach up 4,000 kg/h. The other is a compact device that can remove labels by two functions combined with scrapping and blowing. The compact label remover occupies less space and has a compact mechanical structure. BoReTech label scraping blade and bolt have a longer service life which can reach up 10,000 tons input, it has high efficiency of bottle label separation rate and a low bottle damage rate. PET Bottle Recycling Washing System

BoReTech supplies two types of PET bottle pre-washing machines, continuous type, and batch type. The biggest feature of continuous bottle pre-washer is that it owns an automated water circulation system and continuous input feeding, then uses high-temperature chemical water to wash bottles. This kind of washing removes labels, dirt, sands, glues, rubbers, metals and other impurities on the bottles' surfaces. The impurities separation rate is over 90%. The supplementary chemical water recycling system achieves the completed separation between chemical water and bottles, and prolong the service life of the chemical water and saves additive cost. Batch-washing ensures that PET bottles have sufficient time soaking in chemical water, it will be applied to recycle oil bottles well.
