Turbo Washer - PET Flakes Friction Washer

BoReTech developed a new turbo washer (PET flakes friction washer dryer) which combined with friction and dewatering functions. The glue will be removed by strong friction among flakes and paddles, then PET flakes moisture rate will be reduced below 5% through centrifugal force. Water spraying devices can avoid screen clogging and flush PET flakes by recycled water. Paddles and screens are all demountable which is easy for daily maintenance and repairs. Paddles are adopting alloy steel which has abrasion resistance, the service life of paddles can reach 10,000 tons of PET flakes output.
Food Grade PET Bottle Recycling Line

The food-grade PET bottle recycling line is mainly used for PET bottle-to-bottle project (FDA Approval), which recycles post-consumer PET bottles into rPET flakes. The regenerative PET flakes conform to the quality index requirements of downstream food packaging and are used for bottle blowing and packaging which can directly contact food after pelletizing and SSP processes in the late stage. The food-grade PET bottle recycling process is more complicated than normal PET recycling, and the requirement for equipment and the quality of the final rPET flakes are more strict. At the same time, the owner is required for higher factory management and advanced production knowhow. BoReTech food-grade washing line has higher automation to avoid human errors. Ultra-cleaning of PET bottles and flakes, efficient blending, and an online inspection system to ensure that the output of recycled PET flakes meets the standard of food-grade PET bottle-to-bottle process (FDA Approval). Meanwhile, the BoReTech food-grade PET bottle recycling system process is optimized according to the post-consumer PET bottle condition from different countries with the economic cost, less space occupation, and the most advanced process technology to meet the variety of downstream production applications. With more than 20 years of experience in PET bottle recycling production, BoReTech provides online production and process guidance to customers. Plastic Dryer for PET Flakes, Film

BoReTech supplies two types of PET flakes drying machine. PET flakes moisture rate will be reduced to 2~3% after dewatering force, if the heat exchanger is supplemented afterward, the moisture rate can be further reduced to 0.7%. It is sufficient to meet the demands of the downstream applications. Specially designed shaft and anti-block screens are beneficial to reach the highest output capacity and minimal moisture content. The plastic dryer is an advantage of the lowest breakdown rate and simpler maintenance. The next generation of PET flakes dryers with a step-type shaft design, which is useful to separate water and has a cleaning function to PET flakes.
