The GF-L85ES is the largest of the three GF-L ES super high speed blown film lines for LD and LLDPE film. It is specified for a maximum film width of 2200 mm and a maximum capacity of 240 KG/HR, using an 85 mm screw, a 100 HP driving motor and a 500 mm blown film die, with 8 ZONES of temperature control on the panel. The GF-L55ES and GF-L65ES cover the narrower widths in the same series.The tower fixed take-up unit has a 2300 mm roller width and runs at Max. 60 M/Min, and the single-station surface friction winder changes bobbins semi-automatically by pneumatic system.
