With an input signal either through analogue or digital, the needle inside the proportional valve moves proportionally to the signal. This series is able to control the flow rate of air and liquid with high resolution, high accuracy, and high repeatability. It is developed for industries that require a high degree of adjustment in flow rate. Series PM driver provides series FC valve with the required power and control signal (step and direction). It controls the step of a bipolar stepper motor with an analogue signal (0-10 VDC/4-20mA/RS485 Modbus).

WACL series is not just a convention dry laminating machine. The cold form foil is very much concerned proper & precise tension control to handle such thick laminates. In terms of tension control, this machine has mainly designed for Alu-alu foil multi-layers lamination. The arch dryer roller has synchronized with line speed, it’s very low friction and steady when film pass through the dryer. The internal drying chamber has safety LEL detection, this system can automatically discharge when detected high VOC occur during the production. This machine also combined heat seal lacquering coating function. Additional primer coating unit before lacquering unit, so it allows to apply two side (primer+heat seal) coating in one pass. The coating unit has alternative function with direct gravure and semi-flexo coating systems. Coating trolley along with self-pump system and able for quick job change. “Large Flow” Water Heaters - STM-WF

STM-WF series "Large Flow" water heaters are used to heat up the mould and maintain temperature, although they can be used in other similar applications. High temperature water from the mould is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by direct cooling. It is then pressurized by the high-pressure pump, sent to the heating tank and finally to the mould with a constant temperature. The HANYOUNG temperature controller can maintain an accuracy of ±0.5℃.
