ROSMOULD / ROSPLAST: IDEAS, DESIGN, ITEMS

The 11th International specialized exhibition ROSMOULD "Moulds. Die Molds. Stamps” and the 7th International exhibition "ROSPLAST: Plastics. Equipment. Items" were held on June 15-17 on the territory of the 2nd pavilion of IEC "Crocus Expo". The joint holding of the exhibitions showed the whole range of products and services in design and engineering, the production of shape generating molding tools, equipment for plastics processing and finished products. The production was presented by 175 companies from 15 countries, 47 of them participated for the first time.

Among the Russian ROSMOULD exhibitors were the largest manufacturers of moulds and stamps: Dies and Moulds Plant, Zenit-Avto, Kaluzhskiy moulds plant, Likhoslavl plant "Svetotekhnika", MIR TECHNOLOGIY, PKF PROMRESURS, INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION GROUP IOLLA, REARDEN, Sverdlovsk Instrument Plant, "TZK TECHOSNASTKA", etc.

At present the Russian industry is in no hurry to abandon foreign technology. The products were presented by the Exhibitors from Germany: HASCO is a global manufacturer of standard components for mould making, LASER SK – manufacturer of equipment for laser marking and engraving, SCHULKEN FORM – manufacturer of high quality forms, Graefenthaler Kunststofftechnik – manufacturer of injection moulds for thermoplastic and thermoset; collective exposition of China as well as companies from Italy, Portugal, Taiwan, Israel and France. Traditionally Belarusian producers actively participated with shape generating molding tools and finished products: Alika, ATLANT, Gomel plant special instrument and technological equipment, MITRA, COMPLEX SERVICE, PromStamp, etc. Through Russian distributors and resellers products of world famous brands were presented: BABYPLAST (small injection molding machines and molds), DME (standard components of dies and molds), FODESCO (standard and special parts of the press-forms and stamps), SHCMOLZ + BIKKENBACH (world leading manufacturer of tool and stainless steels), YUDO (hot runner systems, peripheral equipment).

Traditionally, special attention of visitors was focused on equipment for prototyping and 3D technologies. Their products and equipment were shown by manufacturers and suppliers of 3D printers and scanners (3DQuality, MassPortal, RangeVision, BALTEKSIM, DIPAUL, REC). At the exhibition, and for the first time in Russia, InssTek MX-250, the 3D printer for metal of Korean production for manufacture of products and small parts, was presented.

Investments of Russian and foreign companies were rewarded, the exhibition was visited by a record number of visitors – 8298 unique specialists , 58% of which work in the sphere of production.

High activity was observed on the stands of companies-participants of the exhibition ROSPLAST supplying equipment for plastics processing and peripheral equipment: ALGORITM Systems, Eurochiller Rus, MORETTO S.p.A. BALITEH, BERG, DIFLEKS, SOLAN-D, ERBAY, etc.

In the framework of the business program of the exhibitions the 2nd international conference "IDEAS. DESIGN. ITEMS" was held, which examined in detail the reports about the industrial design of plastic products, effective solutions for automation control in tooling manufacture and topical issues of development and popularization of additive technologies. A wide-ranging discussion was aroused by the speech of the General Director of "Standex Rus " Sbitnev A. V. on the topic "Design of plastic products – prototyping textures" and Director of "MES center" Reshetnikov I. S. on the topic of "Best global practices for the organization of the injection molding production for plastic products".

For many years international exhibitions "ROSMOULD” and “ROSPLAST" are reliable venues for the shape generating molding tools and equipment for the plastics processing industry, contribute to the creation of favorable conditions for interaction between polymer manufacturers and end users and allow experts to get additional information, to share knowledge and exchange experience.

The organizing team invites all to participate actively in the next 12th International specialized exhibition "ROSMOULD" and the 8th International exhibition "ROSPLAST", which will open its doors for exhibitors and visitors on 20-22 June, 2017.
