Machine Features:

●    Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

●    Two sets Japan made YASKAWA servo motors and servo drives control bag lengths precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

●    Bag lengths and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

●    Two sets German made SICK photocells for 2 lines accurate printed bags.

●    Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

●    Automatic tension control of unwinding film rolls.

●    Sealing device is turn over system for easy maintenance or change of hot cutting knives.

●    In-line automatic punching unit with bags folding device, uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for fast and precise punching of bags' handles.

●    Punched-out scraps are collected by conveyor for recycling.

●    Machine stops automatically when: Bags jammed / Film is finished or broken / Temperature below the setting / Print is not at correct position.
