The GHR series is a die face cutting type plastic film recycling machine for HD, LD and LLDPE and P.P. film scrap, producing pellets that can go back into the extruder. Scrap is fed into a stainless steel densifying tank with rotary cutters, then extruded through a hydraulic screen changer and cut at the die face; the pellets are dried in a stainless steel centrifuge unit and collected in a stainless steel storage unit. The series covers extruder sizes of 65 mm, 85 mm, 100 mm and 120 mm.Motors with inverter are 50 HP, 75 HP, 100 HP and 125 HP across the four sizes, for maximum capacities of 120 KG/HR, 200 KG/HR, 300 KG/HR and 400 KG/HR. Options include a conveyor with metal detector, crusher, screw conveyor, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, second extruder, film roll feeder and vibrating screen. The GF-R/SV Series is a bag-on-roll making machine configured for biodegradable material. It is the biodegradable-film version of JANDI'S servo-driven semi-automatic GF-R/SV bag-on-roll machines: tubular film is sealed and perforated at each bag length and wound into rolls of tear-off bags, using PLA and PBAT based compounds instead of polyethylene.The machine follows the GF-R/SV layout, with a tension-type sealing knife, a perforating knife of teeth or band-saw type, a silicone roller sealing base, a temperature controller and a printing scanner for printed film. Single-line and two-line models are available in the range, with maximum cutting width, cutting length and production speed depending on the model; longer cutting lengths are available on request.
