LD/LLDPE Super High Speed Inflation Machine (GF-L85ES)

The GF-L85ES is the largest of the three GF-L ES super high speed blown film lines for LD and LLDPE film. It is specified for a maximum film width of 2200 mm and a maximum capacity of 240 KG/HR, using an 85 mm screw, a 100 HP driving motor and a 500 mm blown film die, with 8 ZONES of temperature control on the panel. The GF-L55ES and GF-L65ES cover the narrower widths in the same series.The tower fixed take-up unit has a 2300 mm roller width and runs at Max. 60 M/Min, and the single-station surface friction winder changes bobbins semi-automatically by pneumatic system. LD/LLDPE High Speed Inflation Machine (GF-L55)

The GF-L55 is a single-layer blown film line for LD and LLDPE (low density and linear low density polyethylene). It sits in the middle of the GF-L series, which runs from the GF-L35 up to the GF-L65, and is configured for producing polyethylene film for bags and packaging at a maximum film width of 1000 mm. The extruder uses a 55 mm screw driven by a 40 HP motor with inverter control, feeding a 200 mm die fitted with a dual-lip air ring.Rated output is 90 KG/HR. The line is controlled from an independent switch board, and film is taken up on a 1100 mm roller width and wound on a single-station manual surface winder. The GF-ABA-55-50 is a 3-layer high speed inflation machine with an A-B-A structure: the two outer layers are fed from one extruder and the core layer from a second, so that a 3-layer film is produced with two extruders rather than the three used in JANDI'S A-B-C lines (GF-E3C and GF-L3C series). The listing sits in the showroom alongside the biodegradable PLA/PBAT blown film machines.The A-B-A arrangement is used where the two skin layers share the same recipe and the core carries a different compound.
