The PSZ series strand die was developed by Sino-Alloy Machinery as an important accessory to their extruder line and essential for strand pelletizing. In order to improve the flow smoothness, Sino-Alloy has brought in special 3D simulation software to help design the die. Precision machining of the parts and the careful selection of materials is part of the process of making the most appropriate strand die. The PSZ series strand die has optimized flow design and temperature balance to achieve ease of cleaning, durability, and a smooth flow of material. Furthermore, Sino-Alloy can also help to design or improve strand dies from other manufacturers.
Air Pressure Ratio Regulator(0-103bar)

Product Serial: QKL-B1T+QKL-BPF • B1T Electronic Pressure Regulator Provides an air pilot signal to the dome of the air volume booster. By controlling pressure to the top of the diaphragm, we control pressure out of the volume booster. • Air Pressure Ratio Regulator KaoLu’s high pressure ratio regulator is mostly used in high pressure environment, in which the users are used to using mechanical air pressure regulator. Using our high pressure ratio regulator assembly, it is now possible to electronically regulate high pressure from potentially hazardous environment using control such as RS485-modbus serial communication. Using the dome-loaded method controlled by our electronic pressure regulator, the users can achieve pressure up to 3000 psig (210 bar) with resolution up to 5 psig (0.3 bar). Moreover, our high pressure ratio regulator not only works with air, the newly developed ratio regulator is compatible with different fluids such as water and high temperature steam pressure. There is a choice of single loop feedback or external sensor feedback. With single loop feedback where we ensure the dome loaded pilot air is the same, the drawback is that the output pressure from the high pressure ratio regulator is not monitored. The accuracy is typically about 2-3% with this method. In a different scenario where an external sensor was mounted to the ratio regulator or mounted remotely downstream of the high pressure ratio regulator, we can ensure high accuracy to be achieved. Alu-Foil HSL Coating Machine (WAC Series)

WACL series is not just a convention dry laminating machine. The cold form foil is very much concerned proper & precise tension control to handle such thick laminates. In terms of tension control, this machine has mainly designed for Alu-alu foil multi-layers lamination. The arch dryer roller has synchronized with line speed, it’s very low friction and steady when film pass through the dryer. The internal drying chamber has safety LEL detection, this system can automatically discharge when detected high VOC occur during the production. This machine also combined heat seal lacquering coating function. Additional primer coating unit before lacquering unit, so it allows to apply two side (primer+heat seal) coating in one pass. Raschel Knitting Machine SRC Series

SRC series is single needle bed knitting machine which equips with compound needle system. The output is 50%~80% higher (depends on the structure of fabric) than SR series. SRC series could have same yarn feeding system as SR series, which is able to work with beam or slitting and extension machine, so it could make the fabric with complete round(mono) yarn, flat yarn or mixed of both yarn. The efficiency of knitting machine will be more than 10% if it matches slitting & extension machine compare with creel. Because of its steady yarn feeding, the machine can raise the quality of fabric also the waste rate is just half of creel type. But if customer had flat yarn or monofilament making machine already, we would offer creel system to work with machine.
