STM series oil heaters have both the standard and high temperature models, which are used to heat up the mould and maintain temperature, although they can be used in other similar applications. High temperature oil from the mould is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by indirect cooling. It is then pressurised by the high-pressure pump, sent to the heating tank and finally to the mould with a constant temperature. With our optimised design, It can reach a maximum of 200℃ and the HANYOUNG temperature controller can maintain an accuracy of ±1℃.

Multihead Weigher Working Principle The multihead weigher or computer combination weigher usually uses different weigh heads to measure the precise weight of the products. After the product is fed into the top of the multihead combination weigher, the internal distribution system of the weigher starts working. This system distributes the product. With the help of linear feed plates, different linear feeders will deliver some product into the feed hopper. For example, if you are using a 14-head multihead weigher machine, there will normally be 14 linear feeders that will deliver products to 14 feed hoppers. After the products are delivered to the hopper, the load cell begins to calculate the weight of the product in the weigh hopper, and the processor in the multihead weigher then calculates the best combination of available weights needed to achieve the desired target weight.
