Spaghetti Type Recycling Machine(GSR Series)

The GSR Series is JANDI'S water cooling, spaghetti type recycling machine for polyethylene and polypropylene film scrap. Film is fed by a spiral feeder into the extruder, and the melt is extruded through a spaghetti type die head into strands; the strands are cooled in a stainless steel water tank, dried by a blower and cut into pellets by a pull and cutting unit with a rotary cutter and fixed blade. A screen changer driven by an AC motor with reducer filters the melt ahead of the die.The series covers a range of extruder sizes and motor ratings so that capacity can be matched to the scrap volume of a film or bag plant; the figures for each model are listed per model in JANDI'S GSR specification table. Options include a conveyor with metal detector, crusher, screw conveyor, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, hydraulic screen changer, second extruder, vibrating screen and an air blower with storage tank. The PSV series diverter valve was developed by Sino-Alloy Machinery as an important accessory to their extruder line. The PSV diverter valve can divert scrap material during start up or in process. It can also interrupt incoming material input if there is a problem with production. The PSV diverter valve is made of special grade steel with surface treatments to reduce surface roughness. The parts are also machined to extremely high standards to ensure there is no leakage or internal wear. The PSX high-pressure liquid injector was developed by Sino-Alloy Machinery as an important accessory to their extruder line. The PSX high-pressure liquid injector is made up of a storage tank, proprietary precision plunger pump, and one-way valve type fluid injector. It can generate pressures as high as 50 kg/cm. This feeder can be connected to any feeding port of the extruder. The PSX high-pressure liquid injector is also capable of injecting high pressure gases or super-fluid liquids. Not only is it suitable for the injection of liquid and gaseous additives in rubber or plastics materials, but also for may plastic and rubber reactive processes or the injection of liquid ingredients in food and pharmaceutical. The GBR Series is a die face cutting type recycling machine in JANDI'S recycling range, which also includes the GHR series of die face cutting machines and the GSR series of water cooling machines. It reprocesses plastic film scrap such as edge trim, start-up waste and die-cut off-cuts into pellets, and in a die face cutting machine the pellets are cut directly at the die rather than drawn out as strands through a water bath.Die face cutting suits in-house recycling next to a blown film or bag making line, because the pellets come off the die ready for drying and storage without a strand line.
