The GF-R/SV Series is a bag-on-roll making machine configured for biodegradable material. It is the biodegradable-film version of JANDI'S servo-driven semi-automatic GF-R/SV bag-on-roll machines: tubular film is sealed and perforated at each bag length and wound into rolls of tear-off bags, using PLA and PBAT based compounds instead of polyethylene.The machine follows the GF-R/SV layout, with a tension-type sealing knife, a perforating knife of teeth or band-saw type, a silicone roller sealing base, a temperature controller and a printing scanner for printed film. Single-line and two-line models are available in the range, with maximum cutting width, cutting length and production speed depending on the model; longer cutting lengths are available on request. The GF-R/SV series is a servo drive semi automatic bag on roll making machine that converts film into perforated bags wound on a roll, such as produce bags and bin liners. The series runs from the GF-R611E/SV through the GF-R1212E/SV. Single-line models cover maximum cutting widths of 600 mm, 800 mm and 1000 mm, and two-line models cover 400 mm, 500 mm and 600 mm per line, so the same platform handles both wide single bags and narrower bags made two-up.Maximum cutting length is 1000 mm, with longer lengths available on request as an option. Maximum production is 120 pcs/min on the smaller sizes and 100 pcs/min or 80 pcs/min on the larger and two-line models. The GBR Series is a die face cutting type recycling machine in JANDI'S recycling range, which also includes the GHR series of die face cutting machines and the GSR series of water cooling machines. It reprocesses plastic film scrap such as edge trim, start-up waste and die-cut off-cuts into pellets, and in a die face cutting machine the pellets are cut directly at the die rather than drawn out as strands through a water bath.Die face cutting suits in-house recycling next to a blown film or bag making line, because the pellets come off the die ready for drying and storage without a strand line.
