The KMH-MINI is a compact HDPE blown film extrusion line built for smaller-format inflation film production. Within PRM-Taiwan's plastic inflation machinery category, HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KMH-MINI produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 550 mm width, with output between 15-32 kgs/hr.The extruder uses a Ø 40mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio, driven by an AC 15 HP motor with inverter and backed by 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. Product Serial: QKL-B4H This series is a complete closed loop servo system consisting of two solenoid valves, an internal pressure transducer, and electronic controls. Based on analog signal, the pressure is controlled by two solenoid valves to maintain precise pressure; one valve functions as inlet control, the other as exhaust. The pressureoutput is measured by an internal or an external feedback pressure transducer that provides a feedbacksignal to the electronic controls.
