Stretch film blowing machines are blown film extrusion lines configured to produce stretch (cling) wrap film, the highly elastic, self-adhering film used to bind and protect goods. They typically process LLDPE-based formulations, often in multilayer structures where one or both outer layers provide cling while the core delivers strength and puncture resistance. Blown stretch film generally offers well-balanced mechanical properties in both machine and transverse directions.

Stretch film is used for pallet wrapping, bundling, and load stabilization in logistics and warehousing, as well as for hand-wrap film and household cling wrap. Precise thickness control, stable bubble cooling, and high-quality winding are important to ensure consistent stretch performance and roll quality in both hand and machine application.
