The GF-P65 is a P.P. (polypropylene) tubular film inflation machine, a blown film line adapted for polypropylene, which needs a sizing and cooling arrangement different from polyethylene film. It is one of four sizes in the GF-P series, from the GF-P45 to the GF-P75, and is specified for a maximum film width of 800 mm with a 65 mm extruder driven by a 30 HP motor with inverter, a 350 mm die with a single lip air ring, a 2 HP inverter-controlled blower, 5 PCES of sizing ring and a hot air type drying system. Maximum capacity is 80 kg/hr. Control is from an independent switch board and the roller width is 900 mm. Options include an auto loader, hopper dryer, manual screen changer, pressure gauge, die rotating unit, corona treater, static eliminator, 4-spindle winder, air shaft and water chiller, so the machine can be built up for printed or multi-roll production of PP tubular film. Spaghetti Type Recycling Machine(GSR Series)

The GSR Series is JANDI'S water cooling, spaghetti type recycling machine for polyethylene and polypropylene film scrap. Film is fed by a spiral feeder into the extruder, and the melt is extruded through a spaghetti type die head into strands; the strands are cooled in a stainless steel water tank, dried by a blower and cut into pellets by a pull and cutting unit with a rotary cutter and fixed blade. A screen changer driven by an AC motor with reducer filters the melt ahead of the die.The series covers a range of extruder sizes and motor ratings so that capacity can be matched to the scrap volume of a film or bag plant; the figures for each model are listed per model in JANDI'S GSR specification table.
