The GF-H45 is a high-speed blown film line for HDPE (high density polyethylene), the material used for thin, crisp bags such as grocery and produce bags. It is one of five sizes in the GF-H series, which spans the GF-H35 to the GF-H65, and is specified for a maximum film width of 600 mm. The extruder carries a 45 mm screw with a 20 HP inverter-controlled motor, and the 70 mm die is matched with a dual-lip air ring and a 3HP inverter-controlled blower. Output is rated at 40 KG/HR. LD/LLDPE High Speed Inflation Machine (GF-L55)

The GF-L55 is a single-layer blown film line for LD and LLDPE (low density and linear low density polyethylene). It sits in the middle of the GF-L series, which runs from the GF-L35 up to the GF-L65, and is configured for producing polyethylene film for bags and packaging at a maximum film width of 1000 mm. The extruder uses a 55 mm screw driven by a 40 HP motor with inverter control, feeding a 200 mm die fitted with a dual-lip air ring. Rated output is 90 KG/HR. The line is controlled from an independent switch board, and film is taken up on a 1100 mm roller width and wound on a single-station manual surface winder. Options include an auto loader, manual screen changer, pressure gauge, die rotating unit, corona treater, HDPE dies and air ring, flying knife, second-station winder, air shaft and air chiller, so the same base machine can be specified for HDPE or for downstream printing.
