The KMH-45T is a twin head HDPE plastic inflation machine producing double output HDPE film, with combined yield up to 48 kg/hour, width up to 400 mm per head, and thickness between 0.008 and 0.06 mm.

Each head runs a Ø45 mm screw with a 28:1 L/D ratio and 9.6 kw heating capacity, cooled by a 1/8 HP x 3 barrel cooling fan and driven by a 20 HP AC motor with inverter. The die unit (2 units) uses Ø50 mm dies with Ø100 mm air rings and a 3 HP cooling blower, and the take-up unit runs at speeds up to 85 m/min.
