The KCR-85 is a film/bag waste plastic recycling machine for HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film or bags, crushing and reprocessing the waste into pellets at an output of 80-120 kgs / hr.
Waste is crushed by a 15 HP crusher, moved via a 2 HP screw conveyor into a 5" feed size, then collected in a 1400 L waste tank before entering a single-degasification Ø 85 mm screw (L/D ratio 30:1) heated at 45.6 kw across 5 zones and driven by an AC 40 hp inverter motor. The melt is extruded through a circular-shape die with a hydraulic-cylinder screen changer, cooled by a water-cooling system with 2 HP x 2 pumps, dehydrated by a 5 HP motor, and pelletized by a 2 pcs (spring) pelletizer.
