The KMTC-40/45 is a two-color high-speed plastic inflation machine for blown film extrusion of HDPE, combining two color lines into film with a width between 100-650 mm and thickness between 0.008-0.15 mm.

Maximum output reaches 50 kg/hour, with the KMTC-40 running twin Ø40mm screws and the KMTC-45 running twin Ø45mm screws, both at a 26:1 L/D ratio and 6-zone auto thermo control. The die unit combines 24 lines through an Ø70mm die and Ø120mm air ring, and the take-up unit runs at speeds up to 85 m/min for both models.
