Rotary Die cutter

Servo driven rotary die cutter can be accomodate the highspeed production of swing type sealing with quick response and length/position adjustment by synchronizing the film feed and rotary activation.

Cutter blade strip is attached to the rotary cylinder by magnetic for easy change and disposal.

Heat-slitting & Post-gusset System

• Heat-slitting - Heated slitting blade will slit and seal the edge of the passing film.
• Post-gusset - Heat-slitted tubic films are blown up again and form gusset on the wooden gusset device similar to blown film machines.
