We offer solutions like aluminum foil extrusion coating, super-width extrusion lamination (up to 6000mm), and strip extrusion lamination for cement bags. Additionally, our lamination machines support co-extrusion and various material processing methods like anchor coating and thermal lamination to meet diverse industrial needs. This level of customization helps our customers achieve high efficiency, low defects, and superior output, such as producing laminated materials up to 700kg/hr at speeds of up to 300mpm.

 

Our Air Bubble Film Machine showcases our innovation in bubble film production, offering options from 2-layer to 7-layer configurations. Our machines support eco-power design, which reduces energy consumption while ensuring high-quality production. We offer lightweight 25GSM air bubble film and advanced features like ABA or ABCBA layering for various applications. With auto winder and triple-shaft winder technology, operators can effortlessly handle and unload air bubble film rolls, enhancing productivity.

We continue to lead the industry with rapid-forming cylinder changes on our air bubble machines, allowing users to switch sizes within 30-60 minutes. Our highly efficient cooling systems ensure consistency and superior bubble formation, even accommodating third-party machines.
