Fully automatic bottom sealing bag making machine with in-line 3-foldings unit folds bags twice along their length and once along their width, achieving speeds up to 80 bags/min. Features include precise length control with YASKAWA servo motors, dual touch screens, German-made SICK photocell for printing alignment, and automatic stoppage for jams, film depletion, temperature anomalies, or print misalignment.

CW-BL is for bottom sealed loop handle bags at maximum speed 50 bags/min.

Plastic bag making machine CW-1200FK-SV/CW-1400FK-SV is suitable for the production of 2 lines printed or non printed bottom sealed bags with or without D punch. This machine is equipped with 2 servo motors to control bag feeding individually, 2 photocells to catch printing on plastic film, 1 servo motor to control flying knife function and impulse wire sealing device to produce heavy duty bottom sealed bags. Moreover, it can also be equipped with German made E.P.C and in line hot D punch device to produce shopping bags or welcome bags.

CW-1200PDR-SV series are coreless bags on roll making machine, mainly produce side sealed perforating draw tape bags on roll or bottom sealed bags on roll with 2 times folding by triangle folders. Machine is equipped with servo motors for stable and precise production, touch screens making bag length and speed settings simple and easy operation, German made photocell for bags with printing, German made E.P.C guiding system and servo controlled web auto tension for very smooth production.
