The KMTL-4545T is a twin head (A/B/A layer) HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE plastic inflation machine that produces double output film at widths up to 400 mm per head, for applications such as car film and food plastic wrap.Each head runs a Ø 45mm screw with a 28:1 L/D ratio, driven by a 20 HP AC motor with inverter. The ABA die unit uses Ø60/80 mm dies with a Ø120 mm air ring per head. JC-ABA Series - 3 layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film is the ultimate solution producing high quality film at lower production cost.
