The KMH-35 is a high-speed HDPE blown film extrusion line within PRM-Taiwan's plastic inflation machinery category, where HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KMH-35 produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 400 mm width, with output between 10-28 kgs/hr.The extruder uses a Ø 35 mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio, driven by an AC 15 HP motor with inverter and backed by 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. The GF-H45 is a high-speed blown film line for HDPE (high density polyethylene), the material used for thin, crisp bags such as grocery and produce bags. It is one of five sizes in the GF-H series, which spans the GF-H35 to the GF-H65, and is specified for a maximum film width of 600 mm. The extruder carries a 45 mm screw with a 20 HP inverter-controlled motor, and the 70 mm die is matched with a dual-lip air ring and a 3HP inverter-controlled blower. Output is rated at 40 KG/HR. The take-up tower is a fixed type with a 700 mm roller width, and winding is on a single-station manual surface winder controlled from an independent switch board. Options cover an auto loader, manual screen changer, pressure gauge, die rotating unit, LDPE dies and air ring, corona treater, embossing unit, second-station winder and air shaft. LD/LLDPE Super High Speed Inflation Machine (GF-L85ES)

The GF-L85ES is the largest of the three GF-L ES super high speed blown film lines for LD and LLDPE film. It is specified for a maximum film width of 2200 mm and a maximum capacity of 240 KG/HR, using an 85 mm screw, a 100 HP driving motor and a 500 mm blown film die, with 8 ZONES of temperature control on the panel. The GF-L55ES and GF-L65ES cover the narrower widths in the same series. The tower fixed take-up unit has a 2300 mm roller width and runs at Max. 60 M/Min, and the single-station surface friction winder changes bobbins semi-automatically by pneumatic system. The same option list as the rest of the ES series applies, including stacked air ring, width control, corona treater, EPC or CPC edge control, oscillating take-up, double station winder, auto tension control, hydraulic unloading, heat-slitting, a second gusset unit, an in-line bag making or printing machine, and an edge-trim on-line re-use system for returning trim to the extruder. The GF-L65ES-1 belongs to the GF-L ES super high speed series for LD and LLDPE film, positioned above the standard GF-L line for wider film and higher output. In the 65 mm size the line is rated for a maximum film width of 1600 mm and a maximum capacity of 180 KG/HR, with a 65 mm screw driven by a 75 HP motor and a 350 mm blown film die. Temperature is controlled in 7 ZONES from the control panel. The take-up unit is a tower fixed type with a 1600 mm roller width and a take-up speed of Max. 60 M/Min. Winding is single station, surface friction type, with semi-automatic pneumatic bobbin change. The GF-L55 is a single-layer blown film line for LD and LLDPE (low density and linear low density polyethylene). It sits in the middle of the GF-L series, which runs from the GF-L35 up to the GF-L65, and is configured for producing polyethylene film for bags and packaging at a maximum film width of 1000 mm. The extruder uses a 55 mm screw driven by a 40 HP motor with inverter control, feeding a 200 mm die fitted with a dual-lip air ring. Rated output is 90 KG/HR. The line is controlled from an independent switch board, and film is taken up on a 1100 mm roller width and wound on a single-station manual surface winder. Options include an auto loader, manual screen changer, pressure gauge, die rotating unit, corona treater, HDPE dies and air ring, flying knife, second-station winder, air shaft and air chiller, so the same base machine can be specified for HDPE or for downstream printing.
