Ming Jilee's MGPP-Serial P.P Blown Film (Tubular) Extrusion Line, double side winder version, extrudes PP granules through a rotary die processed by hard chrome plating, with the screw and barrel made of special steel that has undergone nitrating treatment, grinding, and hard chrome plating for durability under long rotation. Extruding speed is controlled by inverter.

The series spans four models, MGPP-45 through MGPP-75, processing P.P. granules in a thickness range of 0.02 - 0.08 mm, with lay flat film width from 100 - 400 mm on the MGPP-45 up to 550 - 1000 mm on the MGPP-75, and output from 10 - 35 kg/hr up to 20 - 100 kg/hr depending on model. Optional equipment includes a 5TON chiller, 200 KG mixer with drier, hydraulic cylinder, corona treatment, double side embossing station, and double side winding device.
