The MGA-MSK-400-S8 is a high-speed 1+1 ear-loop face-out type medical mask machine that converts non-woven and melt-blown fabric rolls into finished masks through nose wire insertion, ultrasonic welding, ear loop attachment, and cutting in one continuous operation. It draws material from four unwinding stations feeding non-woven and melt-blown materials, with a nose bridge flattening device supporting mask quality.

The ultrasonic welding device is Taiwan-made, and servo-controlled ear-loop cutting keeps pace with production speed. Eight servo motor sets drive the machine, and an automatic conveyor moves counted, stacked masks smoothly to packaging.
