The MGA-MSK-KN95 (CE) is a fully automatic ear-loop type mask machine built for FFP2 and KN95 mask production, forming non-woven fabric layers into a three-dimensional mask body, welding the layers, attaching a nose bridge piece, and adding ear loops in a single automated production sequence. The machine runs a fixed mask size compatible with FFP2 / KN95 mask specifications.

Output reaches 40 - 50 pcs/min from a footprint of 9,200 (L) x 2,200 (W) x 1,800 (H) mm. Optional equipment extends the base configuration with an inkjet printer, a nose foam labeling system, and an upgrade to a Herrmann ultraschall ultrasonic system made in Germany.
