The MGA-MSK-KN95 is a fully automatic folded mask making machine that forms non-woven fabric layers into a three-dimensional folded mask body, welding the layers, attaching a nose bridge piece, and adding ear loops or head straps in a single automated production sequence. It is built for standard KN95 masks or any folded mask in a fixed size.

The machine runs a single fixed mask size, so it is set up for consistent, repeatable production of one folded mask specification rather than frequent size changeovers, at an output of 40 - 50 pcs/min.
