The MGA-MSK-KF94 is a high-speed KF94 fish type mask making machine that converts non-woven fabric rolls into finished KF94-shaped masks through nose wire insertion, ultrasonic welding, ear loop attachment, and cutting in one continuous operation. It is equipped with two sets of 15kHz 2600W ultrasonic systems and two sets of 20kHz ultrasonics for efficient mask welding, plus a rotating cutting roll designed specifically for the fish mask shape.

The ear loop welding station uses 11 servo motors for precise control, and a high-level PLC with virtual angle control synchronizes each motor's working angle for accurate ear loop welding placement.
