Product Serial: QKL-B1T.B2T/QKL-B3-1.B3-2/QKL-B3-1A This series is a complete closed loop servo system consisting of two solenoid valves, an internal pressuretransducer, and electronic controls. Based on analog signal, the pressure is controlled by two solenoidvalves to maintain precise pressure; one valve functions as inlet control, the other as exhaust. The pressureoutput is measured by an internal or an external feedback pressure transducer that provides a feedbacksignal to the electronic controls. The regulator is suitable for industries that require precise pressurechanges at any time and monitor pressure values. Available with 3 selections of input signal: 0-10VDC,4-20mA, or RS485 Modbus. Monitor signal can be chosen from 1-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA. The JIT-55 is the mono-layer semi-automatic type in JANDI'S JIT T-shirt bag making line. A JIT line links blown film extrusion, flexographic printing and bag making into one in-line process: resin goes in at one end and printed, heat-cut T-shirt bags come out at the other, without film rolls being stored and re-handled between steps. The line is specified for biodegradable material as well as HDPE resin with filler. The in-line flexographic printer runs water-based and solvent-based inks, a bobbin change unit allows non-stop operation, and a waste recovery unit returns the die-cut scrap to the line. Compared with the two-colour full-automatic type in the same series, the JIT-55 is the semi-automatic configuration; bag size, motor size and roller width are listed in the specification table below. T-Shirt Bag Making Line (JIT-45D)

The JIT-45D is the 2-Color T-shirt Bag Making Line in JANDI'S JIT series. Rather than a stand-alone bag machine, a JIT line links blown film extrusion, printing and bag making into one in-line process, so that resin enters at one end and finished, printed T-shirt bags leave at the other without intermediate film rolls being stored and re-handled. The 45D designation identifies the two-color printing configuration of the line. The JIT series is offered in several configurations — mono-layer semi-automatic and full-automatic types, an ABA full-automatic type and the 2-color full-automatic type represented by the JIT-45D — so the line can be matched to the film structure and print requirement of the bag. Line composition, film width and output are configured with the buyer at quotation, and the specification table below lists the models in the series. The GSR-85 is a water cooling type plastic film recycling machine for HD, LD and LLDPE and P.P. scrap. Film is fed by a spiral feeder into an 85 mm extruder driven by a 40 HP motor, passes a screen changer driven by an A.C. motor with reducer, and is extruded through a spaghetti type die head into a stainless steel water tank. The GSR-100 is the 100 mm size in JANDI'S GSR water cooling type plastic film recycling series for HD, LD and LLDPE and P.P. scrap. A spiral feeder delivers film into the 100 mm extruder, which is driven by a 60 HP motor; the melt passes a screen changer driven by an A.C. motor with reducer and leaves through a spaghetti type die head into a stainless steel water tank, where the strands are cooled before being blown dry and pelletized by a rotary cutter with fixed blade. Maximum capacity is 190KG/ HR. The GSR-100 sits between the GSR-85 and GSR-120 in a series of six sizes, from the GSR-45 with a 45 mm extruder and 15 HP motor to the GSR-150 with a 150 mm extruder and 100 HP motor. The GF-P65 is a P.P. (polypropylene) tubular film inflation machine, a blown film line adapted for polypropylene, which needs a sizing and cooling arrangement different from polyethylene film. It is one of four sizes in the GF-P series, from the GF-P45 to the GF-P75, and is specified for a maximum film width of 800 mm with a 65 mm extruder driven by a 30 HP motor with inverter, a 350 mm die with a single lip air ring, a 2 HP inverter-controlled blower, 5 PCES of sizing ring and a hot air type drying system. LD/LLDPE Super High Speed Inflation Machine (GF-L85ES)

The GF-L85ES is the largest of the three GF-L ES super high speed blown film lines for LD and LLDPE film. It is specified for a maximum film width of 2200 mm and a maximum capacity of 240 KG/HR, using an 85 mm screw, a 100 HP driving motor and a 500 mm blown film die, with 8 ZONES of temperature control on the panel. The GF-L55ES and GF-L65ES cover the narrower widths in the same series. The tower fixed take-up unit has a 2300 mm roller width and runs at Max. 60 M/Min, and the single-station surface friction winder changes bobbins semi-automatically by pneumatic system.
