Ming Jilee's MGPP-Serial P.P Blown Film (Tubular) Extrusion Line melts PP granules and extrudes them through an annular die into a tube of molten film, which is inflated to set the lay flat width before being wound into roll form for downstream converting. The series spans four models, MGPP-45 through MGPP-75, processing P.P. granules in a thickness range of 0.02 - 0.08 mm. The GF-P65 is a P.P. (polypropylene) tubular film inflation machine, a blown film line adapted for polypropylene, which needs a sizing and cooling arrangement different from polyethylene film. It is one of four sizes in the GF-P series, from the GF-P45 to the GF-P75, and is specified for a maximum film width of 800 mm with a 65 mm extruder driven by a 30 HP motor with inverter, a 350 mm die with a single lip air ring, a 2 HP inverter-controlled blower, 5 PCES of sizing ring and a hot air type drying system. Maximum capacity is 80 kg/hr. Control is from an independent switch board and the roller width is 900 mm.
