MINIROLL-1600 – Air Bubble / EPE Coreless Rewinding Machine

The MINIROLL-1600 has earned recognition as one of the most efficient and reliable rewinding machines in Taiwan. Our latest design incorporates a cantilever shaft for effortless loading of the mother roll, significantly enhancing operational convenience.

The system features a fully motorized nip roll cylinder with an integrated pneumatic cutting mechanism, ensuring stable material feeding and precise cutting performance. In this upgraded model, a tape dispenser has replaced traditional heat needles for sealing the finished rolls, offering improved safety and efficiency.

For added reliability, the rewinding unit is equipped with a control proximity switch that automatically stops the machine in the event of a malfunction, reducing downtime and protecting product quality.

• Fully automated roll-to-roll rewinding operation
• Suitable for PE foam (thickness: 1–5 mm) and air bubble film (bubble diameter: 10 mm)
• Integrated tape dispenser for sealing finished rolls
• Maximum mother roll diameter: 1,500 mm (up to 30 kg per roll)
• Production width range: 300–1,600 mm
• Finished roll length: 3–55 m
• Rewinding diameter range: 80–420 mm

Production Capacity:

• 3 m air bubble rolls: approx. 190–200 rolls/hour
• 5 m air bubble rolls: approx. 180 rolls/hour
• 10 m air bubble rolls: approx. 140 rolls/hour (≈ 2.5 rolls/min)
