ECO is an epichlorohydrin elastomer, which is usually divided into monomer (CO), copolymer (ECO, GCO) and terpolymer (GECO) in polymerization form. Depending on the different polymerization monomers, it has different performances in heat resistance, oil resistance and low temperature resistance. Epichlorohydrin rubber has low temperature flexibility, resistance to lubricating oils, fuel oils and general solvents, good compression set and good heat resistance, and has excellent weather resistance and good dynamic properties.

BTD-8808 is a nucleating agent specifically for polylactic acid (PLA). It exhibits good compatibility with PLA resin and remains stable at processing temperatures. During the cooling process of PLA resin melt, it induces epigenetic crystallization of PLA molecules, thereby accelerating crystallization, shortening the molding cycle, and improving the heat resistance, flexural modulus, and surface gloss of the finished product. BTD-8808 can be used in food contact materials. The recommended dosage of BTD-8808 is 0.3~0.5 phr of the resin. When compounded with PLA and other resin granules, other dispersants can be used appropriately to promote uniform dispersion. This product can be used directly in the base resin or processed into a masterbatch of a certain concentration.
