愛心機械成立於西元1987年。成立之初是代理日本中央包裝機械株式會社之包裝機。 當時因台灣經濟蓬勃發展，使得人們對於生活品質的要求提升，而導致消費型態的改變。超級市場及便利商店逐漸取代傳統市場，變成人們生活中不可或缺的重要角色。 由於台灣人的生活步調加快，「方便、迅速」也成了當時人們心中選擇的第一要素。為了因應民生需求，微波食品的時代也就此展開。 董事長雖然了解到時代的變遷，但是因為包裝機械是由日本進口，所以價格對於投資者而言是筆沉重的負擔。 因此，董事長決定結束代理日本包裝機械，改由自行研發，就這樣半自動封盒(杯)包裝機成了愛心機械第一個產品。 隨著市場的快速變遷，需求也逐漸改變，所以我們又研發出了全自動充填封盒(杯)包裝機。 一直到現在，愛心機械已研發出數十種包裝機可供投資者選擇。
